Pitchers Power Stride

From the makers of the popular Pitcher’s Power Drive comes the new Pitchers Power Stride. This training aid teaches pitchers proper pelvic load and departure from knee lift. Proper departure sets up success the rest of the way down the mound through the pitch delivery. This creates proper hip rotation through landing to create power and maximize use of stronger lower body.
